Decades of trust in every pixel – InFocus projectors deliver legacy & brilliance

IN1068SL

Decades of Trust, Magnified in Every Pixel

There’s something special about trust that spans decades. It’s not just about sticking with a brand; it’s about the quiet confidence that builds over time, presentation after presentation, knowing your gear won’t let you down. That’s what InFocus has earned with Michael Clemens, British railway historian.
Recently, we received a message from Michael that reminded us why we (love to) do what we do.

My main projector for the past 10 years has been an InFocus IN3124. At a presentation last Friday, it stopped working., but luckily, I had ordered a new projector a few days ago and it was already on its way.

What followed was a story that spoke volumes. When the IN3124 gave out, Michael turned to a backup unit – InFocus IN3114. Over 15 years old and it still delivered. That’s not just reliability. That’s legacy.
But real magic came when the new IN1068SL arrived.

I thought the IN3124 was good, but the IN1068SL is magnitudes better. The brightness, contrast ratio and definition. I’m very fussy over colour balance and this one hits a 110%.

That’s high praise from someone who knows what true image fidelity looks like. Michael had a lifelong career in colour television and topped the UK in Advanced Colour Television.
For him, it’s not just about specs, it’s about the feeling of seeing his content come alive, sharper and more vibrant than ever before.

Michael and his late father spent the 1950s and 1960s filming steam locomotives and railways all over England, Scotland, & Wales, preserving rail history for future generations to experience and enjoy. Today, he continues to share those stories and visuals nationwide, deserving to be seen in the best possible light.

For more than 15 years, Michael has trusted InFocus to keep his stories shining bright, and we are proud to have illuminated them decade after decade.
